Urshuz are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase. Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Urshuz Dealer. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. • Nubuck and Suede Leathers:
  To remove dirt and stains, brush lightly with a soft suede brush or rubber eraser. Clean with a damp cloth using warm water. Apply a silicone spray. Never use polish on nubuck leather.
• Full Grain Leathers:
  To remove dirt, wipe gently with a dry cloth, and then wipe clean with a damp cloth using warm water. Allow uppers to dry naturally away from direct sunlight and artificial heat that can dry out leather. Use a high quality crème polish that matches the shoe color, then buff to a shine.
• Canvas, Jute and Synthetic Leather:
  To remove dirt, scrub gently using a tooth brush, hot water and a bit of soap. Make sure that the brush has medium soft hairs or you will scratch the fabric. Don't use too much water - dry as soon as possible with a towel. Then allow uppers to dry naturally away from direct sunlight and artificial heat.
• Urshuz soles are 100% machine washable.
  WARNING: It is not recommended to machine wash our uppers. Our warranty policy does not cover damage cause by washing the upper part of Urshuz.
